As the name
suggested, Nachiketa Tal is splash of natural marvels framed
in the pristine glory of Oaks, Pines and Rhododendrons.
Situated on the Uttarkashi - Lamgaon - Tehri motor road, this
lake has all the ingredients to provide an avid trekker
the right dose of rejuvenation. From Uttarkashi one can
come upto Chaurangikhal 22 km. by road. From here, Nachiketa
Tal is a story book trek of 3 kms. through lush green forests
takes one to Nachiketa Tal, a tranquil spot. |
