Nanda Devi is
worshiped in many region of Garhwal & Kumayun. It is
worshiped in Niti valley and a famous 1000 years old temple is
located at Lata village of Niti valley. A big festival is held
every year during bhaisakhi when the Idol is shifted to the main
temple after winter.
